Committed to sustainability, we give maximum priority to sourcing from local and regional suppliers, conscientously using sustainable, re-usable products wherever possible and concentrating on achieving zero food wastage.
By launching our 25 Mile Challenge we aim to source as much of the produce we use for our clients’ events from within a 25 mile range of our kitchens
As well as out 25 Mile committment we ensure that any excess food from our events is diverted to either our Outreach Connect Programme, local food banks or within the community to those in need.
And our refuse is collected and recycled, with food waste being recycled back to make energy. None of it goes to landfill.
