Life would never be complete without chocolate. We love nothing better than cooking, creating and serving it - along with several of other puds off course. Too many to mention but our menu includes sharp lemon Posit with a ginger crunch, Triple chocolate Baked Cheesecake, Fruit Pavlova, Burnt Orange and Raspberry Mousse, New York Blueberry Cheesecake, Pear and Ginger in Marsala Jus with Vanilla Bean Mascarpone and beautiful Fruit and cheese Platters.
All our canapés are freshly made and we prepare and assemble on location. Our food is carefully selected from local retailers. All our meat is sourced from business in the local village, our fruit and veg is delivered straight from the market that morning and our eggs are freshly picked from local farms.
