The Royal Berkshire Polo Club - The Clubhouse

A stunning event space based at the heart of The Royal Berkshire polo ground. 

The Clubhouse provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to all with its stylish chesterfield sofas and unique chandelier, not to mention the stunning sunsets!

The clubhouse can host up to 100 people across the indoor and patio space and also boasts a private bar, exclusive access, large lawn area, beautiful views across the polo fields, large flat screen TV, bathrooms & cloakroom.

For larger parties, we can extend the Clubhouse with a marquee covering the patio allowing up to 200 for dining and dancing.


The Royal Berkshire Polo Club - Royal Pavillion

Fully redesigned and refurbished in 2018 by Greta Morrison, the Royal Pavilion really is the jewel of the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club. With its stunning and opulent interior, the Pavilion is the perfect space for any occasion, from meetings & corporate gatherings to birthdays, anniversaries and weddings.

Enjoy a glass of champagne from the private bar whilst overlooking the beautiful ground 1 or, indulge in our delicious feasts prepared in the commercial kitchen, and soak up the luxurious surroundings.

The Royal Pavilion can accommodate up to 75 people for sit down indoor dining or up to 80 for patio dining. As well as the beautiful interiors, private bar and commercial kitchen, the Pavilion also offers exclusive access, large outdoor patio space, stylish glass balcony overlooking ground 1 and luxury bathrooms.


West Horsley Place

A truly beautiful listed building offering a number of spaces for hire. 

West Horsley Place is a Grade I listed mediaeval manor house and estate of great beauty and historic significance. Left almost untouched for a century, West Horsley Place has romantic and fragile beauty. Guests, you will have exclusive use of the manor house and/or garden for your event. Within 30 miles of London, West Horsley Place offers a number of stunning options for wedding receptions, events and celebrations. 

The formal reception rooms have been sensitively refurbished, with new heating and lighting as well as luxurious new lavatories. 

They also have a stunning new barn licenced for Weddings and Events. 

A perfect Venue for any kind of event albeit a celebration, milestone birthday, corporate event or celebration of life.

The Compton Club

This is a really lovely venue located just 5 minutes from the A3 outside Guildford in the very pretty village Compton. 

Offering fantastic facilities including a fully stocked manned bar, one really large room that can be split into two areas to cater for smaller or larger groups. They have tables, chairs, tableware, a fully functional kitchen allowing us to offer any kind of menu and a lovely patio area overlooking the green. 

There is plenty of free parking and accommodation closeby should you need to put your guests up who are travelling a distance. 

Perfectly suitable for up to and including 100 guests to sit down.

Offering a number of large areas and can seat comfortably up to 300 for a gala dinner.
